We provide a tried and tested early intervention framework in supporting young adults in secondary schools to gain an early start in visualising their future aspiration and working towards becoming impactful world citizens.

With 20 years of experience working in different organisations (Banking, Technology & Education) and in various capacities, one experience that remains consistent and requires more work is inclusion at the workplace.

DAIRE promotes inclusive leadership training for all employees as well as inclusive processes embedded into the recruitment model, business processes, policies, and overall organisation strategy.

What makes us unique?

We provide diversity and inclusion content, through case studies and training videos based on lived experiences of Black people and ethnic minorities. This makes Daire’s insight on Diversity and Inclusion invaluable and like no other D&I programme available on the market.

Why were we founded?

A personal message from DAIRE’s Founder:
 

DAIRE was founded to translate some of the taxing experiences Black people and ethnic minorities faced in the corporate world,  regarding discrimination and exclusion, into a passion project that could help transform organisations and their structures from the inside out for the better. 

 DAIRE aims to transform organisations and, as a result, transform lives by sharing some of the knowledge and expertise gained firsthand by minorities in the corporate world to promote diversity and inclusion for all.
