With 20 years of experience working in different organisations (Banking, Technology & Education) and in various capacities, one experience that remains consistent and requires more work is inclusion at the workplace.

DAIRE promotes inclusive leadership training for all employees as well as inclusive processes embedded into the recruitment model, business processes, policies, and overall organisation strategy.

Why were we founded?

DAIRE believes everyone should be given a fair chance in lives opportunities. Structures embedded in the systems which marginalise a section of our society will be a disservice to the overall society.

Our passion and support for our communities and the workforce means we are working with organisations to create an inclusive culture at the workplace.

We model Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion solutions from the lens of the global workforce, demographic changes, people whose identities subject them to different challenges, and leadership promoting climate.
