Why were we founded?

A personal message from DAIRE’s Founder:
 

DAIRE was founded to translate the pain of some of the taxing experiences Black people and ethnic minorities faced in the corporate world,  regarding discrimination and exclusion, into a passion project that could help transform organisations and their structures from the inside out for the better.  No employee should have to face covert systematic discrimination or exclusion.  DAIRE aims to transform organisations and, as a result, transform lives by sharing some of the knowledge and expertise gained firsthand by minorities in the corporate world to promote diversity and inclusion for all.
